Please note that the CHARGE NOW for Business App is currently only available for download in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
Please note that to reset a driver's email address, the driver’s account must first be deleted from the fleet portal. However, driver accounts can only be deleted if they have no charging sessions. To reset the current email address of a driver, please follow these steps:
- Click on the DRIVERS bar.
- Search for the driver.
- Click on the driver ID in the DETAILS column.
- The right sidebar will open.
- Please scroll to the bottom and click on DELETE DRIVER and the email address will be deleted.
The driver is now able to register with a new email address for this current contract or to register with the deleted email address for a new contract.
Tip: If the driver has provided the new email address, you can ease the registration for the driver via the function INVITE DRIVER directly in the Fleet Portal.
