Please note that the CHARGE NOW for Business App is currently only available for download in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
To reset the password in the app, the driver needs to follow these steps:
- The driver needs to open the app and click on LOGIN
- After that, he needs to click on FORGOT PASSWORD
- Now, the driver needs to provide the email address he registered with and then click on SEND VERIFICATION CODE
- A verification code will be sent to the driver's email address
- The driver then needs to insert the verification code in the CHARGE NOW for Business app
- After that, he can create a new password and must confirm the new password to successfully set a new password
