Please note that the CHARGE NOW for Business App is currently only available for download in the following countries: Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
First, please check in the Fleet Portal if the driver has already been registered successfully.
a) If the driver is already registered, please ask the driver to log in instead of registering. If the driver does not know his/her password, please ask the driver to reset the password.
b) If the driver is not registered, yet, please double-check if the driver has entered the correct contract number/leasing number and card number. Please provide the driver with the correct information if needed.
