Please note that the CHARGE NOW for Business App is currently only available for download in the following countries: Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
If a driver received a new contract with a new card but wants to use his/her old email address which is still registered in an old contract, you can easily transfer the email address to the new contract via the feature MOVE DRIVER:
Important prerequisite: Before you proceed, please make sure that the old contract is INACTIVE. Otherwise, MOVE DRIVER will not work.
- Click on the CONTRACTS bar.
- Search for the old contract of the driver.
- Select the contract and you will be taken to the contract view.
- Please click on MOVE THIS DRIVER TO ANOTHER CONTRACT in the CONTACT section.
- Enter the new contract number and press MOVE THIS DRIVER TO ANOTHER CONTRACT at the bottom.
- The email address is transferred to the contract and the driver can log in to his new contract via his/her current email address without registration.
