Please note that the CHARGE NOW for Business App is currently only available for download in the following countries: Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
You can check if the driver is registered successfully in two ways:
- Via CONTRACT Page: Please open CONTRACT in the Fleet Portal. Search for the contract via contract number/ leasing number/ card number. If the driver is successfully registered, you will be able to find the following information in the CONTACT column:
- Contact type = Driver
- Given name and surname
- Registered email address of the driver
- Via DRIVERS Page: Please open DRIVERS in the Fleet Portal. Please search for the driver via name. If the driver is listed, you will be able to view:
- Given name and surname + registered email address in the DETAILS column
- Status = “Registered” in the APP column
