- Before you can terminate or delete a contract, you have to block the RFID card first.
Therefore, please follow our guide on how to block an RFID card. - Once the RFID card is blocked, please go to CONTRACTS.
- Please search for your desired contract again.
- Click on the contract number or click on the three dots and View Contract.
- A sidebar pops up on the right-hand side.
- Please go to CONTRACT in the sidebar and edit the card by clicking on the pencil.
- Please choose a termination date and click on Save changes.
- This contract will change its status to TERMINATION INITIATED and will be terminated on the selected date.
PLEASE NOTE:
- IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 MINUTES FOR THE CARD TO BE BLOCKED.
- A TERMINATION OF A CONTRACT CANNOT BE UNDONE.
