How do I block a charging card?

1. Click on CONTRACTS in the main menu.
2. Select an individual contract and you will be taken to the contract details sidebar. 
3. Scroll down and edit the charging card by clicking on the pencil.
4. Click on Block Card and the charging card is blocked.

How do I unblock a charge card?

1. Click on CONTRACTS in the main menu.
2. Select an individual contract and you will be taken to the contract details sidebar. 
3. Scroll down and edit the card by clicking on the pencil.
4. Click on Unblock Card and the charging card is unblocked.

PLEASE NOTE: IT CAN TAKE UP TO 60 MINUTES TO BLOCK / UNBLOCK THE CARD.
