What should I do with Plug & Charge when I hand back or change my vehicle?
Before returning or handing over the vehicle, deactivate Plug & Charge in the CHARGE NOW for Business app. This ensures the vehicle cannot be charged against your contract by someone else. Your fleet manager can deactivate your Plug & Charge as well.
