In the next steps, you will learn how to create and invite a new user to use the Fleet Manager Portal. Please note that this process is not intended to invite any drivers as they should not have access to the Fleet Manager Portal.
- Please select the account button on the top right-hand corner.
- A field with multiple options will be displayed. Please click on Portal users.
- Please scroll down to the bottom and click on Add User.
- Please provide all mandatory information for the user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- E-Mail Address
- Role
- Organization
- Fleet Group(s)
- Finally, click on Save & Finish.
- The new user is created now and an invitation email will be sent to the user.
Roles & Rights: Only users with the role Fleet Admin and Fleet Manager have the right to invite drivers to the smartphone app.
