- Please check in advance with the app whether the charging point is available or out of service.
- If you want to authenticate via the app, please first check whether the charging station allows authentication via the app or the QR code. You can find this information by clicking on the respective charging station in your app. If this is possible, use the "Start" button in the app instead of scanning the QR code attached to the charging station.
- In case of technical or physical problems, please contact the charging station operator first. The telephone number of the operator's service hotline can be found on the respective charging station.
- If the problem persists, please contact your contact person for fleet matters. Please provide following information:
- Contract number
- Card number
- Date of occurrence
- Time of occurrence
- Address of charging station
